The 6th annual Heiva I Hawaii showcased amazing groups from all over Hawaii Island and shared the cultural dance and music traditions of Tahiti on Saturday. From riveting drum dances, to melodic Ahuroa, spectators were treated to the Tahitian culture. Solo, couple and group competitions were held at Kekuaokalani Gym. Polynesian artisans, crafters and food vendors were also on hand.

Competition continues today from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.. The public is welcome to attend.
